Since 1998
Urgent Surgery Associates, the cornerstone of our group, was founded in 1998 to provide trauma coverage at Baylor University Medical Center.
For more than 25 years, our trauma surgeons have stood ready to serve their community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our footprint today
Since our founding, the group has expanded to manage everything from Level 1 to 3 trauma centers, emergency general surgery, surgical critical care, and a variety of other surgical specialties with 56 physicians supporting 21 hospitals.
